The name Wild Peanut stems from our nickname for our oldest son. Our children were the inspiration for one final international relocation to Canada where we already had family connections and longstanding friendships. Our love affair with Canada started in Cape Breton 10 years ago during our first trip along the Cabot Trail. When the opportunity arose to acquire our first piece of real estate in Elora we felt it fitting to honor our children for inspiring us to want to be better than yesterday and inspiring us to take a leap of faith in a community which we are happy to call our home.
